Here's how to get going at Foundation CrossFit:
First, do you research. Visit CrossFit HQ, read their advice on getting started, and check out our blog history to see how we run things. Second, contact us. Give us a call or send an email to info@foundationcrossfit.com with your questions/comments/concerns.
If you'd like to start training with us, sign up via email for a free evaluation. In this one-hour session, we'll discuss your goals, previous training experience and then see how you do with some of CrossFit's basic functional movements.
Next, we'll get you scheduled for an orientation and first month of training. The orientation is a one-hour personal training session to improve your skills in basic CrossFit movements. From there you can continue learning the basics in our CrossFit Foundations classes and when you are ready, move into the faster-paced classes. More experienced CrossFitters can jump right into our CrossFit classes and go crazy.
